How to Start Earning with Hosting Holidays

We offer physical management for listings within 30 miles. We can normally arrange to visit within a week of your enquiry. If your listing is remote, we can prepare a proposal remotely using pictures and video.
Bespoke Proposal
Once we have visited your listing or seen enough information, we will prepare a bespoke earnings proposal and send our contract for your approval.
List Your Property
Once our contract is approved, we will begin the process of setting up your listing. If we are arranging any furnishing works, we will also prepare a design and budget for your approval.
Go Live
Once approved and finalised, your listing will be visible to millions of potential guests via our website and preferred partner platforms like our direct booking website, Airbnb and others
Receive Bookings & Get Paid
Once the listing is live, we will open the calendar and begin taking bookings from guests. At the end of each month, we will make a payment to your account for all revenue minus fees.
